ABSTRACT:
An exercise device is intended for strengthening a user's targeted muscle, wherein the user may manipulate the device without the necessity of a forceful grip that employs the user's conjunctive muscles. The device includes a housing having a pair of diametrically-opposed portions. The housing has an opening formed therein defined by the walls of the device. A weight is disposed in the housing. A nipple and hole arrangement is provided for keying the portions of the housing together. Ventilation slots and an internal cut-out are provided for improving air flow through the device, so as to avoid the build-up of heat therein.
