ABSTRACT:
An extendable bench having a long front seat portion hinged to a short rear seat portion. Extendable support supports the bench at the hinge connection and at the front seat portion. Front and rear seat portions are independently tiltable. An arm with rollers engages arms and legs of a user and can be connected to the bench at various locations. The bench is extremely versatile and compact, and can be adjusted to any of its various exercise stations quickly, easily and without the use of tools.
