ABSTRACT:
An adjustable weight lifting device including an angled longitudinal bar fitted with an arm brace at its proximal end, and a stop at its distal end. On the longitudinal bar between the arm brace and the longitudinal bar's angle is a slidably mounted crossbar which the user grasps with his hands. Adjustable handles may be placed on the crossbar to provide different exercises for the arm muscles. A slidable carriage assembly to receive supplemental weights is mounted on the longitudinal bar between its angle and its distal end. The user achieves variety in his exercise by adjusting the crossbar, the handles and the carriage assembly, and by adding supplemental weights.
