ABSTRACT:
Disclosed is an exciter for generating physical vibration in response to the applied electric signal. In this device, a driving coil is attached to the periphery of an inner guide of a lower housing, and a rotor of permanent magnet is provided in the rotor-receiving space of the inner guide, both ends of the rotor being rotatably supported to the inner guide. An upper housing is engaged with the lower housing in such a manner that the upper housing surrounds the driving coil. In this device, the rotation shaft of the rotor is on a shifted state with respect to a center of a gravity of the rotor, by which means the exciter generates vibration through the upper and lower housings when the rotor rotates by the electromagnetic force of the driving coil.
