ABSTRACT:
A method for triggering an event in a mobile communication terminal, where the terminal is capable of operating in any one of a plurality of selectable states, the method comprises the steps of: receiving scheduling information when the terminal is in a first operational state, the information specifying that an event in the mobile terminal is to be scheduled to be triggered when the mobile communication terminal has transitioned to a second state.
