A new cultivar ofEuphorbiaplant named ‘Glacier Blue’ that is distinguishable by upright compact habit, variegated blue-grey and cream-white foliage, and blue-grey flower bracts with cream-white stripes. In combination these traits set ‘Glacier Blue’ apart from all other existing varieties ofEuphorbiaknown to the inventor.
