A new cultivar ofEuphorbiaplant named ‘ASCOT RAINBOW’ that is distinguishable by compact slightly spreading habit, red stems, and variegated cream-yellow and gray-green foliage that turns red-pink with the onset of winter. In combination these traits set ‘ASCOT RAINBOW’ apart from all other existing varieties ofEuphorbiaknown to the inventor.
