The invention relates to compounds of formula (I):wherein R is —C(O)CH2OCH2CH2OCH3or —C(O)CH2N(CH3)2. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising a compound formula (I) and methods of treating or preventing a condition in an animal comprising administering to an animal in need thereof a compound of formula (I).
