ABSTRACT:
A compound of the formula ##STR1## wherein A and B are both hydrogen or A is hydrogen and B is --OH or A and B form a carbon-carbon double bond and Z is hydrogen or acyl of an organic carboxylic acid of 1 to 6 carbon atoms and their nontoxic, pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts having antibiotic activity.
