ABSTRACT:
A method for manufacturing, by chemical depostion from the vapor phase, epitaxial composites comprising thin films of a Group III-V compound semiconductor such as gallium arsenide (GaAs) or gallium alluminum arsenide (GaAlAs) on single crystal silicon substrates.
