ABSTRACT:
Novel compounds having the structural formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is hydrogen and R.sub.2 is alkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkyl, 2-furyl, 2-thienyl, aryl, aralkyl, aralkenyl, wherein the aromatic ring may be substituted by hydroxy, alkyl, alkoxy, halogen, amine, or nitro; or R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are each and alkyl radical, or R.sub.1 and R.sub.2, together with the carbon atom to which they are attached, are a saturated cycloaliphatic ring, their methods of preparation, and the use of these new compounds as anti-cancer agents.
