A process for preparing the compound of formula II by reacting the compound of formula I with an enzyme that can hydrolyze the ester bond:where * indicates a chiral center, R1and R2each independently represent H, C1-C6alkyl, —CN or —CCH, and R3and R4each independently represent H or C1-C6alkyl.
