ABSTRACT:
A method to enhance intercellular association between two or more cells through the linking of attachment molecules on the cellular surfaces of the cells is described. Appropriate attachment molecules include antibodies having an IgG.sub.3 isotype that can cross-associate with antibodies on other cells to bring the cells into proximity with one another. An enhanced method to kill tumor cells with effector cells is also provided.
