ABSTRACT:
A trough shaped engine cover is arranged for mounting to a top portion of an overhead valve internal combustion engine. The valve cover includes a series of spaced boss members directed through a top wall of the valve cover, with each boss member defining a conduit mounting a removable plug assembly removably mounted relative to the conduit. Each conduit is coaxially aligned with a fulcrum portion of a rocker arm of the overhead valve assembly to permit access to the fulcrum by an adjusting wrench.
