ABSTRACT:
An endless drive system suitable for use as an endless belt, an endless chain drive or an endless track vehicle drive system. The endless drive system includes endless drive sections, with sloped sides to shed dirt or other foreign objects, and fasten pivotably connecting the endless drive sections. In preferred embodiments, shields are provided to prevent entry of dirt or other foreign objects. As an endless track vehicle drive system, the invention provides improved operation on soft surfaces and increased strength.
