ABSTRACT:
Ziegler-Natta catalyzed polymer chains are end capped with at least one functional group-containing unit which is otherwise essentially absent from said polymer chain. The chains can be grafted to form graft copolymers and star copolymers. The compositions are useful as oil additives and in general purpose elastomer as well as thermoplastic polymer compositions.
