An end cap assembly20for an electric motor has an insulating body22and a conductive cover24. The cover24supports a bearing for a shaft of the motor. The body22supports brushes and motor terminals. An EMI device36is electrically connected across the motor terminals and is earthed to the cover by way of resilient contacts.
