ABSTRACT:
An end cap16for a miniature electric pmdc motor has two fixed brush cages36, 38moulded integrally with the end cap and two separate brush cages40, 42which are attached to the end cap16during the assembly process. The angular separation of the fixed brush cages36, 38and the separate brush cages40, 42is determined during assembly so that the angle can be adjusted to suit the application of the motor.
