ABSTRACT:
An end bearing for one-way clutch which is preferred for use in an automatic transmission is disclosed. The end bearing comprises a body formed of a steel plate, a hard coating applied to the surface of the body, and a soft coating applied to the surface of the hard coating. The steel plate of the body assures a sufficient rigidity.
