ABSTRACT:
An emulsion production apparatus comprises a first rotor9which is fixed to a rotary hollow shaft7to atomize mixture liquid supplied from a mixture liquid pipe2at a portion below the mixture liquid pipe2, an intermediate support body15which is disposed above the first rotor9and compresses the mixture liquid which has passed through the first rotor9, and a second rotor18which is fixed to the hollow shaft7so as to further atomize the liquid which has passed through long holes16disposed in the support body15.
