ABSTRACT:
An emulsion of lipid containing a prostaglandin analogue of the formula (1): ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is an alkanoyl group, R.sup.2 is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group, each of R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 is a hydrogen atom or a protective group for an alcohol, R.sup.5 is an alkyl group which may have a substitutent, and is a single bond or a double bond.
