ABSTRACT:
An imaging apparatus in which an electrostatic latent image is developed on an insulating web at a development station after which the web is transported to a platen capable of supporting a receiving surface. The web is transported from the development location to the platen in a plane parallel to the axis of the platen. The image is then transferred to a receiving surface supported by the platen. The imaging, development and transfer are controlled by a control logic circuitry.
