ABSTRACT:
The present invention relates to an electrophotographic photosensitive member, a process cartridge and an electrophotographic apparatus. The electrophotographic photosensitive member includes a support, a photosensitive layer provided on the support, and a surface layer provided on the photosensitive layer. The surface layer includes tantalum-doped tin oxide particles and a resin.
