ABSTRACT:
The present invention provides an electrophotographic photoreceptor which comprises an electroconductive support and, provided thereon, a photosensitive layer containing at least one hydrazone compound represented by the following formula (I): ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 each represents an alkyl, alkenyl, aralkyl, aryl or heterocyclic group which may be substituted, and at least one of R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 is an alkenyl group and R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 each represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkoxy group or a halogen atom.
