ABSTRACT:
An electrophotographic light-sensitive element comprising a conductive support which supports a light-sensitive layer containing a carbazole derivative of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is an aryl group, R.sub.2 is hydrogen, a halogen, an alkyl, an alkoxy, an amino or hydroxy group, and R.sub.3 is an aryl, or a heterocyclic group.
