An electrophotographic imaging member comprising a support substrate having a two layered electrically conductive outer surface, a hole blocking layer, an adhesive layer comprising a copolyester resin, a charge generation layer comprising photoconductive perylene or phthalocyanine particles dispersed in a film forming resin binder blend comprising polyvinyl butyral copolymer and a copolyester selected from the group consisting of a first copolyester, a second copolyester and mixtures thereof, and a charge transport layer.
