ABSTRACT:
An electrophoresis apparatus1has an introducing passage11for allowing a sample to move from one end of the introducing passage11toward the other end thereof, and an analyzing passage10, formed so as to cross the introducing passage in a cross-portion8, for allowing a part of the sample in the cross-portion8to be separated from the other part of the sample in the introducing passage11to move by electrophoresis, wherein the angle between a downstream portion10aof the analyzing passage10from the cross-portion8in an electrophoresis direction, and at least one of an upstream portion of the introducing passage11from the cross-portion8in a sample moving direction, and a downstream portion of the introducing passage11from the cross-portion8in the sample moving direction, is an acute angle.
