ABSTRACT:
The present invention10discloses a fish strike indicator for ice fishing comprised of a base20of sufficient length to span the ice-fishing hole. A hook, line24and reel64mounted to an arm62is operatively connected to the platform20and a mast14having a flag26mounted thereto engaging the arm62whereby a fish strike of sufficient pressure causes the mast14to pop up. The mast14incorporates a tilt sensitive switch54engaging a power supply48selectively energizing a circuit36having a flashing light34forming an integral part therewith and optionally having an RF transmitter50integrally mounted within the circuit36for transmitting a signal to a remote receiver22.
