ABSTRACT:
An electronic timepiece that maintains the mounting integrity of an electronic circuit substrate and an electronic circuit component mounted on the electronic circuit substrate. In a movement1including a main plate2composed of an electric insulting material, a stepping motor10, a wheel train4, and a wheel train bridge for supporting the wheel train4, an electronic circuit substrate20, on which an electronic circuit component22for controlling the rotation cycle of the stepping motor10is mounted, is attached to an end portion of an coil magnetic core12of the stepping motor10, and the relatively large electronic circuit component22is positioned by being superimposed on the coil magnetic core12in a plane. Accordingly, the electronic circuit substrate20formed of a synthetic resin film and the like can be reliably attached to the coil magnetic core12, and the mounting integrity the electronic circuit component22can be maintained.
