ABSTRACT:
An electronic device has terminals and other elements such as piezoelectric elements enclosed inside a box-shaped molded case. One of the terminals which penetrates and fixed to a side wall of the case has one or more raised contact portions for making electrical contact with one of the enclosed elements. Tabs protruding higher than these raised contact portions are provided to this terminal for preventing resin from entering the interior of the case during its molding process. These tabs are fixed to the wall of the case. Externally protruding contacting portions of the terminals are bent toward a bottom wall of the case which is larger than the side wall such that the device can be stably mounted.
