The present invention can prevent a lid from tilting when the lid is attached to a substrate. An electronic device200includes: a substrate202; an electronic component mounted on the substrate202; and a lid100including a cover portion102protruding in a direction opposite the substrate202and covering the electronic component and a flange portion104arranged at the periphery of the cover portion102and adhered to the substrate202. A protrusion portion106protruding for a predetermined height in a direction of the substrate202compared to other areas of the flange portion104is arranged on the flange portion104of the lid100.
