ABSTRACT:
A fuel at the time of start of an internal combustion engine (8) is supplied dividedly by the injection pulse signals. The injection pulse width (T.sub.ST) of the injection pulse signals is controlled in accordance with the temperature of the engine fuel chamber (9) of the internal combustion engine.
