ABSTRACT:
The invention provides an electronic circuit, an electronic device, an electro-optical apparatus, and an electronic unit in which characteristic variations of transistors can be suppressed. More particularly, the invention provides an electronic circuit having a digital-to-analog conversion circuit forming a single line driver includes first and second conversion transistors a current transistor first through sixth current-supply transistors first through sixth switching transistors and a reference-current generating transistor. The first conversion transistor and each of the first through sixth current-supply transistors form a current mirror circuit. The reference-current generating transistor, which forms a current mirror circuit with the first conversion transistor is provided. An output terminal of the reference-current generating transistor is connected to an input terminal of the digital-to-analog conversion circuit of the adjacent single line driver.
