ABSTRACT:
An electromagnetic wave shielding filter comprises a transparent substrate11, and a metal mesh layer21with line parts107that define openings105of the mesh, laminated to one surface of the transparent substrate11by an adhesive13. A first blackening layer25A and an anticorrosive layer23A are successively formed on the surfaces, on the transparent substrate side, of the line parts107of the metal mesh layer21. A second blackening layer25B is formed on surfaces, on the side opposite to the transparent substrate11, of the line parts107of the metal mesh layer21, and also on side faces of the line parts107.
