ABSTRACT:
An electromagnetic-wave shielding and light transmitting plate1having an antireflection film3, an electromagnetic-wave shielding film10, a transparent substrate2, and a near-infrared ray blocking film5, laminated and united by using intermediate adhesive layers4A,4B and a pressure-sensitive adhesive4C, the peripheries thereof covered by a conductive sticky tape7. The film10has a conductive foil11formed by pattern etching on a substrate film13, is processed for antireflection by forming a light absorbing layer12on the conductive foil11, and is subjected to matting to form small irregularities by roughening the surface of the light absorbing layer12. A display panel is manufactured by bonding this film10to the front surface of a plasma display panel body.
