An electromagnetic shielding sheet1includes: a transparent base11, and at least an adhesive layer13, an antirust layer25A and a mesh metal layer21formed on one of the surfaces of the base. A blackened layer23A is sandwiched between the mesh metal layer21and the antirust layer25A. At least openings105of the mesh metal layer21are filled up with a resin such that the mesh metal layer21has a substantially flat surface.
