ABSTRACT:
A press-machined fuel induction pipe40, a hollow tubular type of fixed core1with a flange at its upper end, and a nozzle holder18that was press-machined into a slender tubular shape and has an orifice plate equipped with a valve seat at the lower end of the nozzle holder, are connected by welding. The upper inner surface of nozzle holder18and the outer surface of fixed core1are welded after being press-fit. A movable core14and a valve body16are connected to the welded assembly via a point15having a spring function. On the outer surface of nozzle holder18is provided an electromagnetic coil2, the outside of which is provided with a tubular yoke4whose upper end is connected by welding to the flange1aof fixed core1and whose lower end is press-fit on the outer surface of nozzle holder18.
