ABSTRACT:
An electromagnetic clutch1has a construction in which an armature5and a plate7sandwich an elastic member9between them. A spring portion7dis formed in the plate7and an elastic member9ais so disposed as to cover a front side of the spring portion7d,too. Elastic members9b,9cand9dare disposed in a thin film form on an inner surface of elongated holes5aof the armature5and the innermost and outermost diameter portions5band5cof the armature5.The distal end of each elastic member9b,9cand9dis extended to the same plane as an end face5dof the armature5on the rear side or to a position somewhat protruding from the end face on the rear side.
