Provided are an electroluminescent polymer including repeating units of Formula (1) below and repeating units of Formula (2) below and an organic electroluminescent device including an organic layer having the electroluminescent polymer, wherein the organic electroluminescent device has high luminance, high efficiency, and high color purity:where Ar, X, Y, and R are the same as described in the detailed description of the invention and the claims.
