ABSTRACT:
To provide an electrode plate for electrochemical measurements that enables detecting and quantifying the concentration of a target substance contained in a sample solution with rapidity and favorable sensitivity using an apparatus for electrochemical measurements is objected to.Specifically, the present invention is directed to a method of the determination using an electrode plate for electrochemical measurements1including a substrate31, an upper layer40provided on the upper face of the substrate, a lower layer11provided on the lower face of the substrate, a first electrode body32sandwiched between the upper face of the substrate and the upper layer, and a second electrode body12sandwiched between the lower face of the substrate and the lower layer, wherein: the upper layer has a plurality of upper layer through-holes41aand41b; the first electrode body has a plurality of first electrodes32dincluding a portion exposed from the upper face of the upper layer via the upper layer through-hole41b; the substrate has a plurality of substrate through-holes33; and the second electrode body has a plurality of second electrodes12dincluding a portion exposed from the upper face of the upper layer via the upper layer through-hole41aand the substrate through-hole in the second electrode body.
