ABSTRACT:
An electrode comprises a conductive substrate which is coated with 7 to 50 mole % of a total combination of palladium oxide and ruthenium oxide and 93 to 50 mole % of tin oxide as the main components, wherein less than 40 mole % of said tin oxide is substituted with titanium oxide.
