ABSTRACT:
Electrolytic solution which contains sulfuric acid and is stored in an electrolytic solution storage2of a case3is caused to be retained in an electrolytic solution retainer25. A reference electrode18and a counter electrode19are printed on the underside of the electrolytic solution retainer25. The reference electrode18, the counter electrode19, and the electrolytic solution retainer25are thus formed into a single component, with the reference electrode18and the counter electrode19being formed simultaneously. Electrode pins32,33,34are brought into contact with the reference electrode18, the counter electrode19, and a detection electrode17. The electrode pins32,33,34are made of tantalum. A contact portion32b,33b,34band a lead portion32a,33a,34aof each electrode pin32,33,34are formed as a seamless, integral body.
