An electroacoustic transducer20, such as a speaker, a headphone, an earphone, a microphone, an acoustic wave sensor, etc., includes magnet plates21and22, the entirety of which are formed like a disk or a ring; and an acoustic diaphragm23disposed parallel to said magnet plates21and22and having a conductor formed on the plane thereof; wherein a component parallel to the vibration plane of said acoustic diaphragm23is zero or in the radius direction of said magnet plates21and22in the direction of magnetizing respective partial areas of said magnet plates21and22, and angles formed by said magnetizing direction with respect to the vibration plane of said acoustic diaphragm23are made gradually different from each other in accordance with the distance from the center axis of said magnet plates21and22.
