A magazine5attached with a cartridge6, in which connected staples are charged, is supported inside a support frame4being capable of moving toward a clincher section3. A cam follower17is formed being protruded from aside of the magazine5. When this cam follower17is engaged with a cam groove21formed in a drive rotary member9for driving a staple drive mechanism8arranged in the support frame4, the magazine5is directly operated toward the clincher section3by the drive rotary member9.
