ABSTRACT:
There are described novel charge transfer compounds having high electrical conductivity which are represented by the formula [A].sub.x.sup.+ [B].sub.y.sup.- where A is represented by the formula ##STR1## where R.sub.1 -R.sub.4 may be the same or different and may be H or CH.sub.3 and B is 7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethane, X is 1 and Y is 1 or 2.
