ABSTRACT:
A composition comprising the hydrosilylation addition product of a linear alkenyl functionalized polyorganosiloxane and an M.sup.H Q resin and a low molecular weight silicone when subjected to a new particle size reduction process that includes flow induced shearing provides for components in personal care formulations that have improved spreadability and substance as a consequence of a unique particle size distribution.
