An ejector including a nozzle17having a high pressure space18into which a high pressure coolant flows from an inlet17aand a throttle portion17cfor reducing a passage area of the high pressure coolant from the high pressure space18to jet port17b,a needle valve19for changing opening of the throttle portion17cby undergoing displacement in an axial direction R of the throttle portion17c,and a suction space22in which a jet port17band a gaseous phase coolant inlet22aare arranged, wherein an end portion19cof the needle valve19on the side opposite to the jet port is arranged on an opposite side end portion space21as a space different from the high pressure space18and is communicated with the suction space22.
