ABSTRACT:
A composition which improves iron deficiency, which comprises an egg containing 8 to 15 mg of iron per 100 g of yolk and which improves bone composition, which comprises an egg containing 500 to 3000 IU of vitamin D.sub.3 per 100 g of egg yolk.
