ABSTRACT:
The present invention relates to an edge insulation member for an electrode plate used for electrolytic refinement of metal, and to a fixing method for it. On a tip portion22A of a main body22, a fitting groove23and a jaw portion24for tightly fitting an electrode plate1are formed to extend along the lengthwise direction of the main body22. On a base end portion of the main body22, an engagement notch25for fitting a support rod26is formed to extend along the lengthwise direction of the main body22. A plurality of pin insertion holes27are formed on the side surface of the jaw portion24. Fitting jigs made up from a pin30and a stopper40is removably fitted in this pin insertion hole27. The support rod26is removably fitted in the engagement notch25.
