The new and distinct cultivar of Coneflower,Echinaceaplant named ‘All that Jazz’, with fragrant flowers on strong stems having quilled ray petals of pinkish lavender and orange cones over at least 10 weeks from mid-summer into fall and vigorous growth habit.
